2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Logistics shipping fees are calculated based on parcel volume, weight and delivery destination. All shipping expenses will be previewed and confirmed on the checkout page before customers settle payments.
All bag orders adopt standard cross-border shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days, which shall be subject to actual logistics operation status.
The announced delivery period is only a reference value. Actual delivery progress may fluctuate due to logistics congestion, customs inspection efficiency, adverse weather, regional transportation restrictions and public holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Parcel tracking data needs server synchronization. Shipment status will be updated and available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after outbound delivery. If tracking information cannot be displayed normally, customers can submit requests to our support team for manual verification.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If you receive defective goods, please capture clear photos covering damaged parts and original outer packaging within 24 hours after receiving parcels. 6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
